I had the privilege of delivering customized training sessions for the team at the Ukrainian Medical Procurement Agency, a group operating under challenges that demand not only resilience but strategic thinking.
📌 Module 1: Risk Management in Supply Chains
We explored global trends, risk identification and assessment, the Kraljic matrix, scenario planning, and how to build resilient supply chains. The sessions included hands-on work and real-life procurement case studies.
📌 Module 2: Business Analytics in Procurement and Category Management
We worked with tools like GMROI, ABC/XYZ analysis, Supplier Scorecards, and methods for inventory and cost optimization. Participants practiced data-driven decision-making — strategically and responsibly.
