A little backstage from a recent meeting 🙂
On June 10-11, an excellent workshop on “Inventory Management” was held. We worked, as they say with great perseverance. The most relevant SCM problems were discussed and specific case studies of the participants were analyzed. Each participant made an action plan to implement change. All went as I love it 🥰
